The quote tool

The quoting tool collects your sex, birth date, your health evaluation, tobacco status, preferred benefit size, and duration. This data passes to the carriers' quoting platform to generate rates and stays only there; this site retains nothing. You never provide a name, location, telephone, or email just to view quotes. Identical repeated searches pull from a brief cache to reduce backend load.

Applying

Once you proceed to apply, your answers fill the secure application on the carriers' system, and you will be bound by that system's own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed insurance firm (License 0B75129), manages processing.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, your email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a category, and your note. It routes via email to the agency; your email is the reply target. This site holds no stored communications, maintains no submission ledger, and does not keep message transcripts. A brief fraud-prevention routine executes client-side before transmitting.

Measurement

Web-traffic monitoring occurs using a first-party, cookieless system hosted on this same domain. No cookies or locally saved identifiers are used; your IP address is truncated before storage; links in referrer headers are stripped; raw access records vanish within 90 days. Machines signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control bypass all measurement.

What we do not do

Our organization does not trade in, give away, or exchange personal data; we avoid tracking ads or external website analytics. Only carriers' software on the application form counts as third-party code, and it only loads if you navigate to that page.
